After graduation from Faith Academy, a year at George Fox University and back to the Philippines where she was one of the hosts on a local TV show, she attended a school in Hollywood for the film and television industry. LuAnne worked for Disney, but later went into location scouting and managing for movies, TV ads and shows. She took a year traveling around the world, decided to finish college with a degree in photography, and travel again. Her travels took her to many countries with exciting experiences and various jobs. She stopped in Bosnia soon after the war there, and worked under the U.N. on the project of rebuilding homes, while dodging mine fields and dangerous riots.  A trek in the Himalayas last summer was a challenge, but she conquered it. LuAnne taught at an international school in Saudi Arabia from Aug 2005 through June 2008, but came home to care for Yvonne the last year and a half of her life. She’s now in Uganda and Democratic Republic of Congo to stay with her brother, Jon & his wife Cher Cadd, and hopefully get some humanitarian work on the side.
