Our family -- my
wife Lisa and our two kids, Hannah (9) & Caleb (7) -- moved from
Phoenix about five years ago and are settled in outside of St. Louis,
Missouri. I joined a consulting firm -- Axsium Group -- in 2010 and am
currently the director over our healthcare practice. That keeps me
