The time between
Christmas and the end of January always seems to go by too fast, but we hope
that this has been a season pregnant with joy and hope and that you are seeing
beautiful things birthed from it. We Love You, |
Amanda (O’Brien) Moffitt – Class of 2004
“I'm currently in Janesville, WI just an hour
and a half away from where I used to live in Chicago. My husband is a youth
pastor here and I've been keeping busy assisting him, making connections with
other moms in the church and taking care of our almost 2 year old son Zeke. It
always seems like there isn't much to say when people ask us what is new in our
lives because between both youth groups and home life and keeping up with
friends we seem to always be going somewhere. That's just "normal" for
us and we like it that way. We have been really blessed at where God has placed
us with a great church with supportive leadership who just really enable us to
teach and help the youth grow in their walk with Christ. It's really incredible
to see. God is constantly reminding us and showing us just how blessed we are.
The biggest news and blessing lately is that we have baby 2 coming this May and
so we're absolutely excited about that." |

I graduated in 2002. I'm now married to a Filipina, Ginny and we are about to have our first son, mid-April. Currently I'm the leader of World Missions for Jesus. We have ministries for children in the TakTak area in Antipolo (about 120 kids each week). We are currently working on building a church for the community and getting sponsorship for them with Compassion Intl. We have a band and worship team called Gloryfall. We have released 4 albums internationally and have trained over 100 church bands. We also do evangelistic concerts. We have a professional recording studio where we help Christian bands record in order to spread the gospel through music. Right now, I'm working with a group of people in the Christian music community start a Christian Music Association. |
