Faith's first 24-hour prayer watch, organized by a group of high school students and themed 'Come Near', was held in the Cadd Auditorium Prayer Room and Tipunan Hall from Friday to Saturday the last weekend of October.  79 participants, including 35 High School students and 23 Middle School students, passed the baton over the 24-hour prayer watch to come near to God and wait for Him to come near to them.

Choosing prayer expressions at various prayer stations in Tipunan Hall such as, 'Prayer through Art', 'Date with God', 'Letters to God',
participants created beautiful artwork and penned sincere heart- cries.  Group worship and steaming mugs of Starbucks coffee fueled prayer intensity in the early morning hours.  One group of Middle School students came in the late evening and held a Bible study.  Several High School students stayed from setup to the closing prayer at the candle vigil.  A short video of the event is posted online at: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ympQjxd7C3g .

Alumni are encouraged to keep in touch via a Facebook community page
called 'Come Near' specifically set up for networking and prayer for
revival at Faith this year.
