Arlene (Danielson) Farr “My husband Dave and I met while I was teaching at Faith from 1966-1969. I taught 3rd grade and kinder- garten during those years. We married in 1969, he finished seminary at Dallas Theological Seminary and then we spent 22 years in the army where he served as a Chaplain. During our years in the army we moved 15 times and lived in South Korea for two of those years. We have three married sons and 7 grandchildren and twins due at any time. Two of our sons live near us in the Denver, CO area and our oldest son lives in Philadelphia. He just returned in December from a 10 month deployment in Iraq with the PA National Guard. My husband retired from the army in 1994 and I began substitute teaching that year. I retired from subbing in 2009. We keep busy with our church activities and the grandchildren, and I meet with Jan Lahman for lunch whenever we can get together. I enjoy reading the news in the Alumni newsletter and would love to hear from any of my former students.” AKayFarr@comcast.net
